Welcome !
Hi, I am a doctoral candidate at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at
The Ohio State University. With specializations in statistics and economics, my individual projects and papers can be classified into two camps. First, I employ quasi-experimental and experimental research designs to investigate different stages of the policy cycle, such as policy adoption, implementation, evaluation, and termination, in various contexts of democratic and authoritative regimes. Second, with advanced network analysis techniques and quasi-experimental research designs, I explore how executive leadership initiates and fosters innovation and learning partnerships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to promote economic development and community building. I also investigate whether learning and innovation foster democratic values.
